RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy for all purchases made through atwonna.com. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. If you try on items while wearing makeup, perfume, or other body products, please take extra care to avoid any damage. Items that show signs of use, stains, altered scents, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

Please note that returns are not free of charge. A return fee of 100 SEK (for Sweden) / 20 EUR (for all other countries) will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed.

Any shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable in the event of a return.

HOW TO RETURN:

1. CONTACT US: To initiate a return, email us at info@atwonna.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns without prior written notice will not be accepted. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please ensure you contact us before this 14-day window expires.

2. RETURN LABLE: Once we receive your email, we'll send you a return label. Use this label to send back your item. Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent any damage during transport.

3. REFUND PROCESS: When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once the review is complete, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of approval. Note that a return fee of 100 SEK (for Sweden) / 20 EUR (for all other countries) will be deducted from your refund. Any shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have by following the return process outlined above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item. We do not currently offer exchanges on items.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Be sure to include your order number and as much detail as possible, including photos, to help us address the matter quickly. We may require the faulty item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

                              

STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS:

Under statutory warranty rights, you are entitled to make a claim for defects within three years of the delivery date. This right apply to new items only. If you notice any defects, please contact us via email as soon as possible and include photos for our review.

                              

PRE-LOVED AND UPCYCLED ITEMS:

Kindly note that Pre-loved and upcycled items may show signs of previous use, as they’ve been enjoyed by earlier owners. These signs of wear are part of their unique character and charm. Because of this, we do not provide compensation for such defects, and claims for Pre-loved and upcycled items cannot be made on these grounds. We strive to provide the most accurate information possible about each product's condition on the product page for your review prior to purchase.

                              

IMPROPER CARE OR USE:

Claims for defects caused by improper use or care will not be accepted. Be sure to follow any care instructions provided.

All complaints must be pre-approved through written communication before being sent back to us.
